Using Skills Acquired Abroad at Home
Alumni of international exchange programs participated in this online chat from August 15. They discussed how they can use what they learned overseas towards the betterment of society. I enjoyed hearing people's reflections on their time in other countries, such as the young Russian woman that got a very different perspective of the US in person than she had gotten from American movies and TV. INVEST IN YOUTH
INVEST IN THE YOUTH PLEASE! We would like to emplore the world leaders to invest in the youth in their various countries who will be leaders of tomorrow. To better engage young people around the world they should be adviced not to be involved in drug use, prostitution, truancy and the other vices. Emplyments should also be created so as not to make them idle. Youth should be taking leadership roles in their towns and villages and gaining valuable skills in the process.
